Pierre Andurand and Michael Cohen (head of commodity research at Barclay) and I discuss. Trying to make the case that oil exploration and extraction is a larger part of fraking was 3.5% of GDP growth, adding .3 to .8. to GDP. An offset to "the tax-cut equivalent" view that cheaper oil was only a positive to GDP.
